Hazbin Hotel's Creator Has Seen Your Season 2 Bingo Cards — And She Has Positive Updates

The much-anticipated Season 2 of the musical adult cartoon Hazbin Hotel arrives on Prime Video soon, and audience theories has been rampant.

Season 1 introduces a large cast of characters living within Hell and Heaven, pits them against each other with musical numbers about their clashes, and establishes tense rivalries and emotional bonds that fuel audience devotion.

The community's expectations for the new season differ greatly, but certain themes emerge over and over: Will Angel Dust break free from Valentino? Might we learn more about the binding agreement constraining Alastor the Radio Demon? Will [favorite character] and [other character] finally get together?

"Obviously, I don't make the show with audience demands as the main goal," the creator commented recently. "However I believe that me being a fan of my own show implies there's a lot of it just naturally. I also am eager for these things, and I want some of these things to happen, and obviously some of these things are meant to happen in the show!"

The creator says her big-picture plan is for five seasons of Hazbin Hotel. Future installments have already been green-lit by the production companies, which finance the series.

That could imply fans have to be patient for some of the major resolutions — but they may be surprised at how fast season 2 moves, and how many of what they're waiting for happens now.

"I believe people are going to be highly satisfied," she adds. "There are several debut moments. I think we receive some really amazing reveals, some really cool origin tales, and even just simple things, [like] I hope this character gets a song. […] Audiences will experience much more singing from the previously silent cast members."

The creator is well-informed of the theories and desires about season 2 — especially in the form of fan bingo cards.

"I've seen a few fans make a prediction grid about season 2," she says. "Obviously I won't share it, but I've already completed a few items, and nearly every one of them have almost a bingo. I was like, Oh, if you put this [event] in this spot, it would be a bingo. So that makes me think we accomplish much [of what fans are waiting for in this season], because I was like, Oh, there's multiple potential bingos on this card. So that makes me happy."

Hazbin Hotel the second season premieres on the streaming service on Oct. 29.
